- Where is my progress saved? On your device, and — when you are online — in a cloud backup (Unity Cloud Save). If you are signed in to Game Center or Google Play Games, the backup can be restored after a reinstall or on another device. See the Privacy Policy.
- Does it need an internet connection? No. The game runs offline; backup and leaderboards update when you are online.
- How do I delete my data? Turn play statistics off with the DATA button in the hub. To delete your cloud backup or statistics, email us with the date you last played; we reply within 30 days.
- I am a tester — how do I report a bug? Send the email above with what happened, the floor number and,
if possible, a screenshot or screen recording.
